We are looking for a Senior Technical SEO Consultant to join their expanding team.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Technical SEO Consultant, you’ll be placed on one of two SEO teams meaning a big part of your day to day will be mentoring and helping to develop our junior members of staff. You will also be seen as a ‘go to’ person for technical queries from other members of the wider agency. You will spread the company’s reach inside the client’s business by gaining and maintaining content with senior management, PR, email and content teams.
Within this role you will maintain that reputation through delivery of excellent technical consulting to agreed scope and within deadline. You will also deal with daily or ad-hoc requests from clients for information about their campaigns and ensure reporting demonstrates our consultative approach to our client’s performance. Through regular training, support and mentorship you will ensure that the quality of your team’s technical consulting matches a required standard. You will contribute regularly to the company blog and speak at conferences when requested, while also keeping up to date with the latest developments in search engine optimisation. You will build and maintain an understanding of the clients business and priorities, while also keeping frequent contact with clients and be transparent about your activities and project plan progress.Â
TO BE SUCCESSFUL You will bring with you:
- Excellent technical SEO skills  An ability to proactively find and diagnose issues with client websites The ability to build rapport and use your solid customer facing presentation skills. 3+ years agency experience, working with in-house teams to implement your recommendations Strong time keeping and ability to prioritise Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Passion about digital marketing and be at the cutting edge of Organic Search
