Learn More About Google Analytics at ABA’s First Technology Meetup

The American Booksellers Association’s first Technology Meetup will be held on Tuesday, July 2, and will focus on helping booksellers better understand and make use of Google Analytics.

This new series is part of ABA’s ongoing education initiative for stores; meetups will take place one Tuesday per month at 2:00 p.m. ET.  Compared to ABA’s Marketing Meetups series, Techology Meetups will be less marketing-focused and look at more technology-related topics.

During the first-ever Technology Meetup, to take place Tuesday, July 2, attendees will hear how bookstores are using Google Analytics, what type of information they are tracking, best practices and tips, and how to set up Google Analytics “Goals.”

This session’s guest speakers will be Jason Jefferies of Quail Ridge Books in Raleigh, North Carolina; Justin Hennequant of Hudson Booksellers, which has headquarters in Georgia and New Jersey; and ABA’s Matt Supko.

Booksellers can sign up for the Google Analytics Technology Meetup here by filling out the form on the right-hand side of the page and selecting “Technology” for the meetup type.
